Brew strong and drink often. Sensitive individuals should start with 1/2 cup. For a refreshing summer iced tea, brew with fresh organic peppermint, spearmint or basil from your local farmers market. Strain, add raw honey and chill.
Made with 100% organic plants. 3.25 oz loose tea. Makes approximately 50 cups of tea or 16 herbal infusions.Handcrafted in Brooklyn in small batches for optimal vitality. Slight variations in appearance and taste may occur due the terroir of the farms the herbs are sourced from.
Brewing instructions: Add one rounded teaspoon or one tablespoon of herb to one cup of hot water, cover and steep for 7-15 minutes. To make an herbal infusion add one to two tablespoons of herb to one cup of hot water in a glass jar or teapot and steep covered for 30 minutes to 6 hours. Drink room temperature or refrigerate and reheat within three days. To preserve nutrients when reheating do not bring to a boil.
