PRENATAL MENU SUGGESTIONS JUNE/ JULY
Please select the menu of your choosing for our next session. I have organized options to give you well balanced meals and to account for what is possible time-wise during our session together.
Some dishes can be swapped for others. If you would like to know if a different combo can work or would like to substitute or omit an item, just let me know!

Pesto turkey burgers with zucchini and pinenuts
Kale salad with chunky vegetables and a green goddess dressing (pairs nicely with the turkey burgers..)
OG chicken soup with carrots, celery, potatoes and a little dill with fresh parmigiano reggiano

Summery white wine and roasted garlic lamb stew
Lacinato kale salad with strawberries, toasted walnuts. lemon zest and goat cheese balls in a balsamic vinaigrette
Roasted king salmon with lemon, roasted cauliflower florets and a walnut miso sauce on the side
(For the salmon you can have as a meal when fresh or reheated or add the cold salmon to the salad above without the goat cheese)
