I am an embodiment educator, an herbalist, a wellness chef and a postpartum doula with over twenty years of experience in the healing arts. I am dedicated to helping others heal, nurture their bodies and bring life into this world in a way that elevates our collective consciousness.

I work with individuals and families in a creative and collaborative process of care that brings restoration to body and spirit. My experience as a doula has made me particularly adept at supporting people through deep personal transformation.

 

EMBODIMENT, HERBALISM + YOGA

Your body is wise; it knows, it senses, it guides. Grounding in the body and quieting the mind is the unifying wisdom of every healing art I’ve studied and practiced. Whether through yoga and breathwork, herbalism or meditation, my work with others is rooted in the belief that we need to relearn how to regulate our nervous systems so that we can inhabit our bodies, experience deep rest and start living our lives from the wisdom of our heart.

POSTPARTUM CHEF TRAINING 2024

You love food, you love newborns and you believe those that give birth to them deserve a heck of a lot more care than our culture currently provides! You are a postpartum doula looking to expand your offerings or someone who is excited by the idea of starting your own small business but know you need guidance, structure and support to make it happen. I offer you those things and more and promise that we will have fun together along the way.

PREGNANCY + POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

There’s nothing I love more than supporting families as they welcome their babies into this world. I specialize in working with families during the entire perinatal period. From postpartum doula and chef services, nutritional consultations, lactation support, yoga, movement and deep inner work, I am here to educate you on perinatal health, nourish you with homemade meals and collaborate with you to create the care your family deserves.

Making babies is sacred. It’s also a transformational journey that is deeply physical and emotional. Having support for body and heart can make all the difference in how you experience this incredible moment. Families need more support than what is currently built into our culture. When we nurture mothers and families we create a better world.

Embodiment, Breath & Yoga

Living our lives with the body as our compass brings us to presence; being present with ourselves and with others is the foundation for healing and deep human connection. In my one-on-one sessions, I draw on both contemporary somatic and ancient embodiment practices to help people regulate their nervous systems.

Food Heals

What we feed our bodies every day matters, as does the state we are in when we sit down to eat. I believe food is our primary medicine. The sharing of food can be one of the most delightful and healing aspects of our lives. In today’s world however, for many of us, digestion and eating can be a source of stress and discomfort. I am here to help.

Herbalism

Working with plants for healing can take various forms, but all help to realign us with the vibration of the Earth. Herbs can be applied topically for pain, internally to calm, cleanse or revitalize the body. Essential oils bring shifts in consciousness due to the connection between scent and the mind. Flower essences are vibrational, working to clear energetic blockages. Sometimes we are so disconnected, we need strong plants to bring us back. Other times it is the gentle nourishers that are needed most.
