I am a doula, a postpartum chef and a WESTERN herbalist WITH A PASSION FOR SUPPORTING NEW & EXPECTING families. I also teach pre & postNATAL yoga and offer nutritional and herbal support for fertility and pre-conception.

There's nothing more nourishing then the smell of home-cooked food filling a house, especially in the early days postpartum. Food is grounding and so important for recovery and long term healing after birth.
I bring my background in Ayurveda and my love of whole, organic and farm-fresh foods to the table providing families with warm nourishing meals that are healthy, easy to digest and delicious. Everything is made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients and utmost care.

As a DONA International trained postpartum doula, I nurture and support new families during this special and intense moment in life. I offer tips on breastfeeding, baby cues and care, hold your baby while you take a hot shower or a much needed nap or spend some time talking and listening to you about any concerns or emotions that have come up. I also offer guidance on postnatal yoga and breath work and provide light therapeutic bodywork inspired by Ayurvedic traditions.
WoMEN'S HEALTH herbalist
Herbs and whole foods can be used to prepare the body to be as strong as possible prior to conception and to increase fertility. Gentle nutritive herbs can be used consciously during pregnancy to support overall health and the womb. During the postpartum period herbs can be used to support recovery, digestion and emotional well-being.
PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA
Regular yoga practice throughout pregnancy can ease prenatal tension, increase circulation to the whole body and build strength and confidence as you prepare for birth. Postpartum yoga can help to rebuild core and pelvic integrity and releases shoulder and neck tension. Restorative poses and pranayama provide energy and time for processing and rejuvenation.
