Inspired by the principals of Ayurveda, my work in western herbalism and whole foods nutrition, I cook meals that are grounding, warming and celebratory for the postpartum period.  

I focus on simple foods that are easy to digest and equally delicious.  Every dish I prepare is designed to support postpartum healing and lactation.  I have worked with clients with various preferences and dietary needs, including vegetarians, people on restricted diets (Paleo, FODMAPS) as well as those food allergies. 

I also make herbal infusions for my clients; these rich nutritive teas bring the body back into balance and restore the nervous system. 

I enjoy selecting foods that are local, farm-fresh, grass fed, pasture-raised and organic whenever possible.
